The absolute BEST massage I've ever had! It was an incredible experience, and felt more than just a massage. She really knew what she was doing, going above and beyond to help me figure out the root cause of chronic pain issues, utilising her obvious skill and knowledge to best know how to help me. We talked in detail about how much she loved what she does and that she truly wants to help people. She is a kind spirit and extremely skilled! Would recommend going to Shut out the World Spa again and again!!

Excellent massage service, Natalie knows where to focus, good customer service and the place is a quiet, clean and relaxing place. I paid a massage pack and really worth it.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and got a voicemail asking to leave my information and I would be called back. Left a message, waited a week with no response. Called again. Voicemail. Left message. No response. Went to the location. No one was in. Left a note with my information, still no answer.
